Features: Red Boat sea salt is the ultimate in umami. It is made from our traditional Vietnamese fermentation method and is hand harvested from mango wood barrels that held Red Boat fish sauce for more than a year. The salt is then dried and granulated creating an amazing dry umami ingredient for rubs, spice blends or finishing.
