Features: Created by chefs for chefs and made from only two ingredients (fresh wild caught anchovy and sea salt), Red Boat Chef's Cuvee is made from our highest quality 50N fish sauce. It is then double barrel-aged: first in Red Boat's hand-crafted wooden barrels for 12 months, followed by an additional 12 months of aging in Kentucky bourbon barrels. 

Profile: An intense umami flavor that gets rounded out and balanced by the bourbon barrel-aging. The color and richness of flavor are extraordinary and it is one of the most unique, complex forms of umami that can be added to any dish.
