Profile: Certified OK Kosher and made under the strict rabbinical supervision of Rabbi Menachem Hartman of the Ho Chi Min Chabad Lubavitch, Red Boat is produced with the same artisanal process as Red Boat 40N. Fermented for more than a year, the pristine ingredients and process results in a more concentrated, higher protein, often 50N, fish sauce. The kosher sauce is more intense than the flagship 40N.
