30.00

Features: wasabi leaves and stems (petioles) are both edible. The heat is greater in the stem than in the leaf, but the heat is significantly milder in the leaves and stems than the rhizome. Both the leaf and stem contain the compounds claimed to have health benefits including glucosinolates and isothiocyanates.
