Features: Established in 1994, the family owned Kookwanmo vinegar has made its name through its traditional vinegar brewing methods. Kookwanmo black vinegars use only natural ingredients and are fermented in traditional earthenware urns. Kookwanmo holds several patents to vinegar production.  

Origin: Daegu, South Korea

Ingredients: Brown Rice, Wheat, Garlic, Ginger, Jujube.  All Korean ingredients including 100% mineral water from the valleys of Daegu.

Spec: Aged 3 years, 6% acetic acid, unpasteurized, preservative free, non GMO.

Season: Year-round
